Why “On Our Turf”?

• When we recognized we were passionate about sharing our experiences in the industry, and really sat down, ready to create something great together, we realized we needed a name. We wanted to be defined as a team, under one recognizable name. We brainstormed for days, floating around turf related ideas, a few puns, and eventually landed here. On Our Turf defines what we are all about. Sharing what it’s like living and working as a woman in the industry from our own perspective. We know it can be easy for women in the turf industry to be lumped together, as some of us have common experiences. But all of us being the same could not be further from the truth. We wanted to create this podcast and speak about our experiences on our own terms. On Our Turf.
